What about the receipt for my purchase?

After the payment and purchase have been approved, a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address which is registered under your customer account.

You can pay by credit card/debit card
Through the payment provider, your bank card/credit card number will be remembered so that you do not have to enter it the next time you buy a lift ticket. We do not store your card number.

Receipt and order confirmation
After the payment and purchase have been approved, a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address which is registered under your customer account.
You can also see the status of your order under 'My Page'.

If you have not received a receipt, go to "My page", click on "Order history" and "See all orders". In the status field, you can easily see whether the order has been paid, confirmed, or whether an error has occurred.

Order status: The order has been confirmed:
Receipt and order confirmation have been sent to you by e-mail. If you have not received anything, also check your junk mail box in your e-mail account.

Order error:
Something has gone wrong, your purchase has not been approved and no money has been withdrawn from your bank account.

For payment:
The order is due for payment with the payment partner. Update/refresh the website to see if the order has been approved.
Remember that it can take up to 2 minutes before the payment has gone through.
